trip continued!

The same morning I posted the last post I got to see my bff megan.

That day my friends sam and liz hung out at our hotel. We all walked down route 6 to meet up with Megan.

We all hung out that day.

We walked back to the hotel. Then we all walked to Marconi Beach. Man was that a long walk.

My mom had boughten a new pair of flip flops the day before and she kept tripping on the way to the beach it was really funny.

After the beach we went to sam and liz's we hung out there for a while.

Then bill came to pick us up. Mom, bill, megan, and I went to eat at a resuraunt called pj's.

I had clamstrips, mom had crabcakes, bill had some type of fish sandwhich, and megan had fries lol. (she said she wasnt hungry.)

I had a wonderful vacation and I want to thank all the people that I hung out with.

my vacation so far....

If you didnt know im on vacation in Massachusetts. My mom and I are staying on the cape.

On Saturday june 21st we left for Dayton airport. I was soooo nervous on the way there.

I have never flown before, I didnt know what to expect. Well except for what everyone had told me.

Once on the plane I was twice as nervous. I almost bruised my moms leg from pinching it. lol

When the plane took off I was soo scared and I grabbed my moms leg.

While in the sky every time there was turbulence I would grabed my moms arm.

Once we arrived in Baltimore I was deffionetely ready to get off the plane.

We hung out in the Baltimore airport for about 2 hours.

Then we got on the plane to go to Boston. This time I was not nearly as nervous.

I was soo excited to land though because the thought of seeing all my old friends kept going through my mind.

well today is monday and so far my vacation has been okay.

I havent gotten to see my bff Megan but I did hang out with my old friends Liz and Sam.

we are actually hanging out today. They are coming over to our hotel. They should be here any minute.

My Baptism

I know all of you have been waiting for me to fill you in on the baptism I have been talking about for so long, well now its time!

On Friday I came to Loveland to spend the night with my mom.
On Saturday I was talking to my dad, who had already promised to go to church with me and go to my baptism, he told my mom to tell me he wasn't gonna make it because he didn't have a ride. It broke my heart.

well it wasn't true him and my sister were tricking me. He showed up as a surprise.

Church that Sunday was AWESOME....I don't think I have seen my dad so touched. After church he didn't stop talking about the message.

He even talked about it to his friends! That night we watched The passion of the Christ. we had already seen it but we wanted to watch it again. My dad may not seem like the most religious person but he has an amazing way of interpreting the bible.

The message on sunday was about how BAD Jesus was. The story of Jesus healing the blind man with mud He made with His own wonderful spit, was mentioned.

On the way to the baptism my dad was telling us that he took the story as, Jesus didnt give the man his sight back, He opened his eyes to sin.

My dad said that if Jesus gave him his sight back the man would enjoy it too much that he would forget to spread the word of Jesus' amazing works.
But if He opened his eyes to sin he would see how much wrong he and the whole world were doing.

Everyone takes the word a different way, my dad really thinks about the story.

Oh yeah back to the Baptism....It was amazing, im not talking about the water because that was cold and the current was strong and almost took me with it a couple of times lol. The feeling was amazing...knowing that my sins were all washed away with that current and that I was gonna work for my amazing Savior was amazing its self.

God has really worked at Center Pointe, many have been saved since I have been a member there and many baptised.

I hope God continues to work through Center Pointe.

GOD BLESS!!!
